State of Oklahoma
There were two declarations from the State of Oklahoma. The most recent is presented here. The first one is on a photocopy that is difficult to read so I wasnt able to reproduce the actual wording of that document here ...but it was signed by then Governor David Boren in the presence of Pauline Salyer and Dee Robertson in Oklahoma CIty on May 27th, 1977. It declared July 1-3, 1977 as "World Wide China Painters Day".
